NTEF starts a new pilot scheme for encouraging the use of electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles

The National Trust Ecofund announced the start of a new pilot scheme for encouraging the use of electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles in the Bulgarian administration. The new scheme is in the framework of the ongoing Investment Climate Program (ICP).
